These pumpkin energy bites have become a fall staple in my household!


They are packed full of protein, healthy fats and fibre with a touch of sweetness, making them an easy grab-and-go breakfast that fills you up, or a delicious replacement for granola bars. Full of everything good for us, and none of the bad (and no gluten or dairy allergens for sensitive tummies)! BONUS - they are nut-free, making them a great school snack for students and teachers.
